Poster and Speakers' Information

Oral sessions
The presentation times for oral sessions are as follows:
The Keynote talks will consist in 45 minutes presentation including 10 minutes for discussion.
The Invited talks will consist in 30 minutes presentation including 10 minutes for discussion
The Contributed talks will consist in 15 minutes presentation including 5 minutes for discussion.

Speakers are asked to check-in with the session presider in the conference room ten minutes before the session begins.

A PC with Windows XP, Power Point (for ppt format files) and Adobe Reader (for pdf format file) will be available. Authors will transfer their oral presentation file by USB memory stick or CD-Rom.

Poster Sessions

Bulletin boards allow to display 84 cm wide x 118 cm high posters (A0 vertical). Authors are requested to display their poster on their allocated board in the morning of the day of their presentation. Tape will be provided. Authors must remain in the vicinity of their poster for the duration of the session to answer questions.
